Worth Training? Empty
PostSubject: Worth Training?   Worth Training? EmptyThu Dec 11, 2008 7:39 am

I'm selling a trainee after he pops in speed and I should have 2 free u21 slots for 9 weeks before my academy player comes out.

Age : 17 years old
Height : 196 Weight : 91.25
Stamina :4 Strength :3
Tackling :1 Speed :2
Passing :2 Handling :3
Experience :0 Kicking :2

I tried training kicking in the academy but got poor results, His passing and speed should be close to 3 as well as his tackling 2 weeks away from a pop.

Would it be viable to train him or this guy?

Age : 19 years old
Height : 182 Weight : 90
Stamina :3 Strength :6
Tackling :5 Speed :2
Passing :2 Handling :3
Experience :0 Kicking :1

Are you training to sell, or training to play in your team.

Either way, i think the 17 year old is of little value now. Wouldnt make many teams, and for a 17 yr old he isnt too good (most other have been trained all year).

Plus most people have thier own.

Id get the 19 yr old up in strength, should have 2 pops in him before season end. Put the other one on passing till he gets to 3, and then handling till he gets to 4.

Would sell for slightly over a mil for a 20 yr old 8 strength, 5 tackling, 3 passing, 4 handling.

The 17 yr old would most likely be sold. In my experience, 4 passing, 4 handling 3 Speed, 3 Tackling and 3 Strength gets around 500k AU. An extra Pop in Speed and your looking at 600-700k AU.

The 19 year old will probably be kept, I need as many good Aussie's I can get.

Thought I'd post my decision here, I went with the Forward, Hopefully he'll get to 7 Strength and 6 Tackling by Season end.

Can't wait till I can get my hands on my academy graduate, He's going to be rivalled by the likes of North and Raptis....
