I think that maybe we should construct one, For the good of everyone out there, Maybe hints on when to use?
Tactics are the one thing where there is no resource currently available to give you a hand with. Thoughts anyone?

Just go for an all rounded team.
Heavy first 5 is important, tall locks, a 10 who can kick.
Most important positions would be 8, 9, 10, 15.

tactics for noobs
hooker tight 5
both wingers defensive
fullback defensive
now if you play expansive then your tight 5 only need strength, stamina and weight
this leaves the back row - tackling for flankers and strength, passing and tackling for #8
scrummie and flyhalf attempt lots of tackles so they need defensive skill too as well as passing
this leaves centres - strength and handling are the most important
